Frank is an Associate in the corporate team in Brussels. Frank specialises in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), venture capital and corporate governance.

Furthermore, he is interested in the legal side of technology (e.g. distributed ledger technology, smart contracts and the collaborative economy).

He regularly advises tech start-ups and scale-ups on a broad range of legal issues such as (international) corporate structuring and financing. Frank has been a mentor at Startit@kbc since 2015.

Frank is affiliated with the Jan Ronse Institute for Corporate and Financial Law (KU Leuven) since November 2017.
